to become a volunteer

We’re excited to have you join THCSF as a volunteer! Your time, energy, and passion for helping others are what make our community stronger.

Please note that THCSF does not pay volunteers. There is no stipend, no transportation allowance, and no financial support at this stage. Every volunteer is expected to personally fund their movement, logistics, and any related expenses. Only Team Volunteers and above may receive compensation at a later stage.

Volunteer Types

  • Community Volunteers: No registration is required. Join our WhatsApp Platform to support projects through fundraising, publicity, and participation in virtual or physical meetings and events.

  • Team Volunteers: Commit 3–5 hours weekly to a specific department or section of your choice. Some roles may require submission of your portfolio or CV, and possibly an interview.

  • Management Volunteers: Managerial-level roles requiring 3–5 hours weekly. Responsibilities include task delivery and overseeing Team Volunteers.

  • Board Members: Strictly by invitation. Board members provide strategic guidance and leadership for THCSF.

Requirements

  • Must be passionate about community service.

  • Commit 3–5 hours weekly (Team & Management Volunteers).

  • Attend events, trainings and meetings as required.

  • Respect THCSF’s values: integrity, accountability, and teamwork.
